Return Policy

At Upfit Underground, we’re committed to your satisfaction while maintaining sustainable practices. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible Returns:

•  Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

•  Exclusions (final sale): Sale/discounted items, customized apparel.

Process:

1.  Request a return authorization (RA) via our contact page with order number and reason.

2.  Ship back at your cost (trackable method recommended); we’re not liable for lost packages.

3.  15% restocking fee applies to refunds to cover handling.

4.  Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Original shipping non-refundable.

Exchanges:

•  Same process, but no restocking fee. Pay any price difference.

Defects/Errors:

•  If due to us, we cover return shipping and provide full refund/exchange.
